Your idea is safe here.

Here is exactly what happens to it, from your first message to the month after launch: what we do, what you receive, what you decide, and when you pay.

YC CREAT1VES I.T. SOLUTIONS is a registered business in Pampanga, Philippines, working with clients in the Philippines, the UAE and the US. One point of contact from start to finish: Yong Caballero, Founder/CEO.

What are you bringing us?

Pick one and every step below tells you what it looks like for your kind of project. The path is the same; the details change.

Presales help is for software companies: discovery, demos, proofs of concept and proposals, with you leading the deal.

Five stages, fifteen seconds.

The five stages: talk, design, agree, build, hand over

First, we talk.

  1. You write. We answer within a working day.

Send a few lines through the form or by email. You get a real reply from the person who will run your project, never an autoresponder, within one working day, Philippine time. Our hours overlap the Gulf and the US West Coast.

    You give
A few lines about the idea. No deck, no budget needed yet.
    You get
A reply with two or three questions and a time to talk.

    Yong Caballeroyong@yccreatives.com

Hi Maria, thanks for writing. Before we talk, three quick questions: who buys from you today, how do they pay, and is there a date you need to be selling by? I'm free Thursday at 10 AM, Manila time.

Replied 3 hours after your message

Example message. Real replies use your name and your idea.

  2. A short call, then a six-question brief.

We talk for as long as the idea needs: often fifteen or twenty minutes, sometimes a half-day workshop. We ask what you sell, who buys it, and what has to be true on launch day. Then we write it down as a short brief of about six questions, in your words, and you correct it. Nothing else is needed to start.

  3. An honest fit check, before any price.

We lay out the ways your idea could be done, usually an existing tool, an existing tool adapted and connected, or something built for you. Each of your needs is rated: fits, needs work, or missing. Running costs come from the vendors' own pages.

If the best answer is a tool you can buy, or another studio, we say so. Our fit checks have ruled out our own product when it was not the right fit.

Then we design, before you commit.

  1. Two or three looks to choose from.

From the brief, we make two or three different looks for your project, drawn on your real name and products, not on a template. You pick one, or tell us what to take from each.

    You get

  2. A prototype you can click, and the feature list.

Next, you click through the thing on your own screen: the pages, the steps, the buttons, with sample data. Beside it sits the feature list, each feature marked must-have, later, or not needed. It lives on a private, password-protected link that search engines never see. This is the cheapest moment to change your mind, so we want you to.

  3. A mood board, and your words on one form.

The chosen look becomes a mood board: the colours, type, photos and feel, in one place. Your words go on short numbered copy forms, one per page or screen. You tick "Approved as is", or type your changes on the form itself, so nothing gets lost in a chat.

  1. A price per result, a deck and a timeline.

The proposal names each result you will receive, what it costs, and what is not included. Prices rest on the result and what it is worth to you, never on hours times a rate. It comes as a short deck that walks through the look, the prototype and the plan, with a timeline in elapsed time to each working result and the outside waits named: your answers, an app store's review, a payment provider's checks.

    You get
The price per result, the milestone split, what is not included, the timeline, and the date the offer is valid until.
    You pay
Nothing yet. Usually half before the build, then the rest milestone by milestone.

  2. Your written OK. Nothing is built before it.

This is the one gate that never moves: no build starts without your written sign-off. The proposal becomes a numbered agreement that both of us sign online. The signed copy carries an audit trail of who signed and when, which Philippine law (the E-Commerce Act) recognises.

Confidentiality is part of every agreement. If you would rather have an NDA signed before you share the details, send yours and we sign it first.

Then we build, where you can see it.

  1. The deposit, then kick-off.

The deposit comes before any build. Once it lands, you get a receipt for the amount that actually arrived, and the work starts. Domains, hosting, stores and developer accounts are opened in your name from the first day, with us invited in. We never ask for your passwords, cards or IDs by chat.

    You get
A receipt, a dated plan, and a living notes file where every decision is written down.

  2. Built in milestones, each invoiced.

The work happens on a preview copy, never on your live site or store. Every one to three working days you get a short numbered status note in plain words: what is done, what is next, and what we need from you. Before any bigger change we keep a restore point, so a change can be switched back within a minute.

We use a modern, fast build process, and a person reviews every line before it reaches you.

  3. Checked before you accept it.

Five promises that hold every step.

Whatever you bring, these do not change. They are written into the agreement, so you never have to take them on trust.

Your idea stays between us.

Confidentiality is a clause in every agreement, and we will sign your NDA before you share the details if you ask. Prototypes sit behind a password, out of search engines. Your project appears in our portfolio only if you say yes, in writing.

Your customers' data is treated as theirs.

We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We collect only what the project needs, keep it in your accounts rather than our inboxes, and never copy a customer list until you agree in writing. Passwords, cards and IDs go straight to the provider, never through us.

Questions people ask first.

Will you sign an NDA before I share my idea?

Yes. Send yours and we sign it before you tell us the details. Either way, confidentiality is written into every agreement we sign, and your project stays out of our portfolio unless you agree in writing.

What if you're not the right fit for my project?

Then we tell you at the fit check, before any price, and point you to a better route: a tool you can buy, or another kind of studio. It costs you nothing to hear that.

Will I see it before you build it?

Yes, three times. You choose from two or three looks, click through a prototype with the feature list beside it, and approve a mood board and the words on copy forms. Then you sign off in writing, and only then does the build start.

Do I have to pay everything up front?

No. The looks, the prototype and the proposal come before any payment for the build. Then a deposit, usually half, comes before any build starts, 30% is due when a milestone is ready for your review, and the last 20% on your acceptance. Each part is invoiced only when its work is delivered, and each receipt is issued when your payment arrives.

Who owns the code, the domain and the accounts?

You do. Accounts are opened in your name from the first day, with us invited in. Once you have paid in full, the work made for your project is yours, and we remove our access whenever you ask.

How do you work so fast without cutting corners?

We use a modern, fast build process, and we spend the time it saves on the parts that make software hold up: the brief, the review and the tests. A person reads every line before it ships, and nothing launches before the security, accessibility and real-device checks pass.

I'm in Dubai or the US. Does the time difference matter?

Rarely. We work on Philippine time with hours that overlap the Gulf and the US West Coast, and every update is written, so nothing depends on catching each other live. Calls are booked at a time that suits you.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of defect fixes and written answers come with every project. After that you can choose a care plan that stops any time with thirty days' notice, ask for the next piece of work, or run it yourself with the guide we hand over.
