Thirty days. One lesson a day. Your phone as the recorder.
One lesson a day, drills with a timer, a quiz at the end, and three numbers tracked across thirty days. Built from the 30-day articulation course of the same name.
Free for the first week. One payment unlocks Days 8 to 30.

The course
Today shows one card in its module's colour: the day, the title, the hook, the time it takes.
Open the lesson and its drills get a countdown, a Record button and a Done tick. Reflections are a text field saved on the phone.
The sparring prompt copies to your clipboard for whatever AI you already use. No account, no extra cost.
Scored the course's way: miss one and you own it, miss two or three and you re-read, miss more and you repeat the day.
Miss a day and nothing resets. Never miss twice.
The toolkit
Breathe, release, resonate, articulate, riff. Five rounds of sixty seconds, the fifth on a random prompt.
Shuffle a prompt, pick 30, 60 or 90 seconds, and record yourself answering it.
With the two-second picker for the moment you're asked to speak.
For the moments that stall: openings, bridges, ways to buy a second.
A sparring prompt in 29 of the lessons, plus ten more in the toolkit, to copy into your own AI for a practice partner that pushes back.
Progress
Pace. Logged by hand against its target, with a small history chart.
The ums and ahs, counted down over thirty days.
How long it takes you to get to what you mean.
A Speaker Scorecard at Day 0, 15 and 30, eight dimensions out of forty. Every recording kept, with playback, so you can hear Day 1 after Day 30. The streak, the days done, the Courage Ladder.

No. UNSCRIPTED the book is its own product, coming later. The app has the whole course built in, so you don’t need the book to do it.
About 30 to 45 minutes a day for 30 days, plus a phone that can record audio and video. The drills only work out loud, so be ready to feel slightly awkward at first.
No, but it helps. The 39 practice prompts (one in 29 of the lessons, plus ten more in the toolkit) work with most general-purpose AI chat assistants, so you always have a sparring partner. The app copies each prompt to your clipboard for you.

The same 30-day method, rebuilt for the pageant stage: the introduction that has to land in seconds, the closed-door interview with the judges, your advocacy, and the final question, answered with the whole room watching. Planned as a second edition inside the app.
Coming later
UNSCRIPTED began as a book. It’s being finished as its own edition and will be available here later. You don’t need it for the app.
The UNSCRIPTED app is the book’s companion: the same thirty days with timers, recording and progress. It’s sold separately, and its first week is free.
UNSCRIPTED is a 30-day self-coaching course for thinking fast, speaking clearly and showing up with confidence: in meetings, job interviews, conversations with strangers and on stage.
