The art of thedeliberate pause.
A friendly fasting timer with a flame on the ring, strict hydration, and a very opinionated grandmother for company.
One calm screen for your hours, your water and your mood.
PazzMo! counts your fasting hours, keeps you drinking enough, and checks in on how you feel, with a very opinionated grandmother for company.
Pick a plan from 12:12 to a full day, or set your own length. Slide to start, slide to stop. Change the start or the goal of a fast that is already running.
Skipped a meal? No, optimized.

The ring keeps time. The flame keeps you company.
The ring fills clockwise through four commonly described phases, with sixty beads that light up one per second, so the dial moves even when the big number only shows hours and minutes.
- Blood sugar settles0 to 4 h
- Digestive rest4 to 12 h
- Metabolic switch12 to 16 h
- Deep fast16 h and on
From hour 12 a small flame rides the edge of the ring and grows and warms at 14, 16 and 24 hours. It is a visual marker of time. It is not a measurement of anything in your body.

Meet Lola Zenda.
Her mood follows your fast. She reminds you to drink, asks how you feel, cheers when you reach your goal, and tells you to stop and eat if you feel unwell. She teases the old warnings, never your body.

Strict about water. Gentle about you.
- A goal that fits your day.Set from your sex and weight, with extra on hot or humid days, and a pace line through your waking hours so you sip instead of chug.
- Limits that look out for you.A caution at 750 ml within an hour and a pause at one litre, because fast gulping is not the same as drinking enough.
- Caffeine counted.Up to 300 mg a day (200 if you are pregnant or breastfeeding), spaced three hours apart, none in the eight hours before bed.
- Fast-safe drinks, labelled.Water, sparkling water, plain coffee and tea, ginger and herbal tea. Milk, sugar, honey and juice end a fast, and the app says so.
Limits are drawn from published guidance such as EFSA's and set more cautiously where we had to choose. With kidney, heart or liver disease, follow your doctor's fluid advice; PazzMo! can switch the targets off.
Lola asks how you feel. You can answer, or not.
Five levels, from Low to Great, at set times through the day and never during your sleep hours. A small trend on Today shows how your fasts and your days line up. Switch the check-ins off whenever you like.
Add a note to the journal, log how you broke your fast, and weigh in once a week if you want to. Target weight and the weight chart are optional, and nothing here is a promise about your body.

Rewards for you. Never against anyone.
No leaderboards, no friends list, no feed. On purpose.
- PazzStreak with shields
- Seven ranks
- Daily quests
- Weekly goal
- Lola's trust
- Monthly seasons
- Personal bests
- A daily gift
A streak shield covers one missed day, and you earn one for every seven days in a row. Quests always include water. Wager on your own fast and earn a few extra points if you finish it; lose nothing if you don't.
A longer fast never earns more points, so nobody is pushed to go further than feels right.

Dark at night. Light in the sun.
Dark is the default because it is easier on the eyes at night. Light is brighter outdoors. Or let it follow your phone.

It all stays on your phone.
Your fasts, water, moods, journal and weight live in a database on your phone. Reminders are scheduled on the phone too. There is no sign-up, because there is nothing to sign up for.
- No account to make
- No ads in any version
- No feed, friends or leaderboards
- Name and birthday are optional, and stay put

Good questions.
Is PazzMo! medical advice?
No. PazzMo! gives general information and a timer. It is not a substitute for a doctor, and nothing in it is a promise about your health or your weight.
Who should not use it?
PazzMo! is not for anyone under 18, anyone pregnant or breastfeeding, or anyone with a past or current eating disorder.
Ask your doctor first if you have diabetes (especially on insulin or blood-sugar medicine), take medicine for blood pressure or the heart, have kidney or liver disease, or are underweight, frail or recovering from illness or surgery. The app asks you to read this before your first fast.
What if I feel unwell during a fast?
Stop and eat. If you feel dizzy, shaky, confused or unwell, end the fast. Nothing is lost, and Lola would rather you ate.
Are the phases and the flame facts about my body?
No. The four phases are commonly described stages, with the hours shown as a guide. The flame is a visual marker of how long you have been fasting, not a measurement.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything is stored on your phone and nothing is sent to a server.
What happens after my 24 free fasts?
Your history, charts, badges and journal stay viewable. To start new fasts or log water, moods and weight you choose yearly, monthly or for life. A fast that is already running can still be finished.
Which phones will it run on?
iPhone first, through the App Store. It is coming soon, with no date yet.
Where does the name come from?
PazzMo! winks at an old Filipino warning that skipping a meal will make you sick. Lola Zenda is the grandmother who keeps the warning alive, with a twist: a planned, well-hydrated pause can be a good thing, not a problem.
