The short version
- PazzMo! collects no personal data. There is no account, no sign-in and no server that holds anything about you.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking. Nothing is sold or shared, because nothing is collected.
- Your fasts, water, moods, journal and weight stay in the app's private storage on your phone.
- The only time the app goes online is to ask the App Store about plans and purchases.
- Uninstall the app and everything it kept is gone.
What the app keeps, and where
To work, PazzMo! saves information in its own private storage on your phone. Other apps cannot read it, and it is not uploaded anywhere. It can include:
- your fasts (start, end and goal), the plan you picked, and notes about how you broke a fast;
- the water and drinks you log, and the daily goal worked out from the details below;
- your mood check-ins, your journal entries, and your weight and target weight if you choose to add them;
- details you may enter so the app can set limits that suit you: your name, birthday, sex, weight, whether you live somewhere hot or humid, whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and whether you have a kidney, heart or liver condition or take related medicine. All of these are optional or can be skipped;
- your settings (sleep hours, meal times, reminders, theme), your streaks, ranks, badges and quests, and which plan you have bought.
PazzMo! does not ask for your contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera.
What goes over the internet
The app itself sends nothing about you. Its one connection is to the App Store, made through Apple's own purchase system, to show the prices of the plans, to buy one, and to check whether you already own one (for example after a reinstall, or when you tap Restore purchases). Apple handles that connection under its own privacy policy.
Permissions
PazzMo! can ask to send you notifications: sip reminders, hunger-wave nudges, phase changes, your goal and mood check-ins. These are scheduled on your phone and never sent from a server. You can turn them off in the app or in your phone's settings. The small vibrations you feel come from your phone's built-in haptics and need no permission.
Payments
If you buy a plan, the payment is handled entirely by Apple. PazzMo! never sees your card or Apple account details; it is only told whether you have a plan, so it can unlock tracking after your free fasts. Apple's privacy policy covers the payment.
Health information
PazzMo! gives general information and is not medical advice. The health-related details you choose to enter stay on your phone and are used only to set limits inside the app, such as your water goal and caffeine limit. They are not shared with anyone.
Children
PazzMo! is not for anyone under 18, and it asks for a birthday to help keep it that way. Because it collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.
Deleting your information
In the app, open Profile and tap Delete all my data to erase everything it kept on your phone, or uninstall the app. Under Back up my data you can also save a copy of your data as a file, for example in Files or iCloud Drive, and restore it later; that file is yours and PazzMo! does not keep or see it. Because PazzMo! keeps nothing on servers, there is nothing else to ask us to delete. If you bought a plan, Apple keeps the record of the purchase, so you can restore it later.
Changes to this policy
If PazzMo! ever starts handling information differently, this page will be updated first, with a new date below.
